Warranty FAQs
What does "pro-rata" mean?
After the full warranty period ends, repairs or replacements are still covered, but at a reduced rate rather than free of charge.
Do I need to register my product?
Keep your proof of purchase on hand. We use your order number to confirm warranty eligibility, so no separate registration is required.
Is shipping covered for repairs?
We'll confirm shipping arrangements when your claim is approved, based on your location and the nature of the repair.
Can I transfer my warranty if I sell the product?
The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.
