We want your PolarRobotic order to feel straightforward. This Refund Policy explains the general process for returns, refunds, and order issues.

60-day trial

Eligible products include a 60-day trial period from delivery. To start a return, contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Return condition

Returned products should include the main unit, charger, accessories, manuals, and original packaging where available. Items must not be damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or improper handling.

Refund process

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will review and help with the next step.

Return shipping

Return shipping instructions and any applicable return shipping costs will be confirmed when your return request is approved.

Non-returnable cases

We may decline returns for products that are missing major components, show signs of misuse, are outside the return window, or are returned without prior approval.
